off = 1 extra day hire. Rates for part weeks, or 8/9 day
rentals may differ. |

rates have full CDW and 100% excess included by the rental
company , unlike most quotes where the excess will be deucted,
and a claim made for refund later via the booking agent,
which you may not get refunded! You have NOTHING extra to
pay! |
| ALL
RENTALS REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE PETROL DEPOSIT ON COLLECTION.
When the vehicle is returned full, this is refunded 100%. |
| Tyre
damages, off road use, and driving under the influence will
cancel or are not covered by, CDW and insurance waiver. |

Note:- Rental rates for the entire rental period are taken from
the season rate at the day of collection. If you have a rental
car over two 'seasons', ie Peak and Mid say from the 30th Sept
to the 12th Oct, and wish to split the rates, you will have
to end the rental, and re-start at a lower rate in the next
season. To do this you will have to drop the car off, and collect
another one at the local office, ie two separate rentals, or
pay delivery charges if it is to be delivered to your villa
hotel. Please advise us if you wish to do this, as otherwise
we will quote you at the rate of the start of the rental.

Everyone will pay a refundable petrol
deposit from uros 60 to uros 90.
The tank is full on delivery/collection
of the vehicule , and this is refunded in full on return if
the tank is left full.

Tyre Damage
caused by negligent and off road driving.
All damages
caused by driving 'under the influence'.
++ Late delivery of vehicle. Rentals are on
a 24hr per day basis (within 2 hrs).. if late - you
will be charged an extra day at DESK rates.
Fully Optional Extras
Extra Drivers 18 euros per. Any driver
not on the contract is NOT covered by Insurance.

0.50 per km from nearest office.

THE CAR'S DRIVER IS NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY NARCOTICS,DRUGS,TOXIC
SUBSTANCES, OR HAVING A TEMPORARY PSYCHOTIC EPISODE ( EG ROAD
RAGE), OR ANY OTHER SITUATIONS, AS LISTED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ABOVE, BUT, IS AT FAULT, IN AN ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT, AND DESTROYS,
OR SEVERELY DAMAGES OUR VEHICLE , AUTO JARDIM WILL NOT REFUND
ANY AMOUNT OUTSTANDING, FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE RENTAL. ALSO
AUTO JARDIM HAVE NO LIABILITY, OR RESPONSABILITY TO SUPPLY ANOTHER
VEHICLE, BUT, MAY DECIDE TO DO THIS, ON RECEIPT OF AN EXTRA DEPOSIT
, (THE AMOUNT AND FORMAT OF WHICH, WILL BE THE SOLE DECISION OF
AUTO JARDIM) , AND, THAT MAY COVER ANY EVENTUAL DAMAGES CAUSED
TO THE SECOND VEHICLE.
WE INFORM OUR CLIENTS THAT ANY PUNCTURE REPAIR AND/OR DAMAGES
CAUSED TO TYRE WALLS SUCH AS PUNCTURES, RIPS OR TEARS AND/OR DAMAGE
TO RIMS WHICH RESULT IN TYRE DEFLATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARE NOT
COVERED BY ANY LIABILITY EXCLUSION , OR INSURANCE EXCESS WAIVER
PAYMENTS, AND MAY BE CHARGED TO THE CLIENT AT AUTO JARDIMS SOLE
DISCRETION.
